Appointed as a director in 1979. Worked as an electrical engineer from graduation in 1978, and in managerial roles from 1983 with large manufacturing businesses. As the long term managing director of Chaotech Pty Ltd he also undertakes consulting engineering.

Appointed as a Director in 1996. She has thirty four years’ experience as an accountant in the manufacturing industry, public service and not for profit sectors.
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
Appointed as a Director in 1989. She has forty four years experience as an Occupational Therapist in the Mental Health Field in Australia and overseas. She is the sole director of a company delivering clinical services in the disability sector and delivers training in the cognitive Disabilities Model across Australia and New Zealand to occupational therapists and other health professionals.
Cert IV Business (Front-Line Management).
Aaron has been working in the disability sector for over 20 years. He specialises in Operational Management within private and not-for-profit sectors with a strong focus on providing quality care supports in regional Queensland. He currently holds a position as Chief Operating Officer of a not-for-profit organisation which has embedded themselves in NDIS, Child Safety and Age Care.
He has worked in Federal (Centrelink and NDIA) and State Government (Department of Community Services, Child Safety and Disability Services) roles.
Aaron played a key role in standing up the NDIA within Queensland and helped transition over 1,000 providers from State funding programs including transitioning the first QLD participant into the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Tony is a passionate leader dedicated to driving community services and mental health reform, and strengthening Australia’s health and community services sector. With over 45 years' experience, 30 of which have been in executive roles, he has led national and state organisations, delivering innovative programs that empower individuals, families, and communities.
His expertise spans mental health advocacy, social inclusion, child protection, family support, early childhood services, disability services, housing and homelessness, complemented by strong governance and strategic leadership skills. Tony thrives on building collaborative partnerships with government, peak bodies, and stakeholders to influence policy and create lasting change. As a board director and advisor, he continues to champion inclusive governance at national and global levels. As a visionary leader, Tony strives to promote trust, collaboration, effective communication, positive outcomes and stakeholder engagement. Tony believes that leadership is about translating a burning ambition within people and organisations into creating a better world, especially for people experiencing social exclusion, disadvantage or challenges in their lives. He believes in the intrinsic value of humanity and the right of everyone to live the life of their choice in their community.

Michelle is a proud Aboriginal woman and has more than twenty years' experience across the government and not-for-profit sectors, with leadership experience spanning mental health, child protection, youth justice, family support, disability, allied health and community services.
She has held senior roles in operational management, quality and systems, program leadership and service development. Her areas of expertise include governance, strategic planning, quality improvement, accreditation, risk management, workforce development and the design of responsive, person-centred services.
As a person with lived experience of mental health challenges and of accessing mental health services as a service user, Michelle is passionate about ensuring lived and living experience is genuinely valued in governance, service design and decision-making. She is committed to services that are compassionate, inclusive and responsive to the needs of individuals, families and communities.
Michelle brings curiosity and a strong commitment to ongoing learning. She actively seeks knowledge, challenges established ways of working and translates fresh thinking into meaningful improvements for people who access services and the teams who support them.
